George Laybourne was born from a belief that the tie still matters and that Britain remains one of the finest places to make one.

Our collections draw inspiration from two sides of British style: the patterns, tailoring and sophistication of the city, and the character, traditions and lifestyle of the countryside, each tie is created to feel distinctive without being loud and timeless without being predictable.

Craftsmanship sits at the heart of George Laybourne. Our printed silks are produced in Cheshire, while selected specialist fabrics are woven in Northern Italy. Every tie is then made and hand-finished in England using traditional techniques.

Our ambition is simple: to build a British name synonymous with exceptional neckwear, timeless style and an obsession with the details.
